SCAM! This is the worst store for customer service.

I tried to cancel my order 4 times after I ordered it. importantly noted I called all day as soon as, after i ordered it "it must process", "it must ship","you must pay restocking fee" customer service will tell you. Now I have to receive the item, pay for shipping back and pay a restocking fee. The supervisor told me that I have never called but I was bringing old conversations I had with his employees and he tells me " That sounds like our procedure but I guarantee you didn't call here before.

geez 123stores do you not make enough money enough to do legit business? SCAM!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: cancel my order!!.
